Introduce a person that already has their own project. 15% of the net proceeds of total orders brought by the consultant for all continuing projects that he/she brings to Amaxra (no cap*).
Introduce a resource for Amaxra to place on a project. $500 after referred person has worked 200 hours for Amaxra, on one or multiple projects.
The company is a not already an Amaxra client. 15% of the net proceeds of the total orders from that company (no cap*) if Amaxra is able to staff the opportunity or provide a solution.
The company is an Amaxra client, but this is a new opportunity within the company for a specific customer contact. 15% of the net proceeds of Amaxra's total orders for that Customer Contact and any follow-on projects with that Customer Contact (no cap*) if Amaxra is able to staff the opportunity or provide a solution.
Should re-engagement occur after 12 months of no activity, opportunity no longer considered a referred opportunity unless referee is still involved in the re-engagement.
Except for referring a person, the fee paid is based upon the total Amaxra proceeds in each situation.
