Jill Heron

Jill joined AMAXRA in 2009 as a Partner Consultant. She brings an unusual mix of creativity, process management and passion to the table. She has more than 20 years of experience including 9 years of Marketing, Communications, Readiness and Business Management at Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, she was the Director of Marketing for a financial company — building company partnerships and managing the marketing, PR and education departments.

In addition to managing client/consultant relationships and marketing at AMAXRA, Jill’s broad business experience is often requested for projects, or to fill in gaps and support consultants with marketing and graphic design work. She has a passion for people programs, sales contests and marketing campaigns. She finds that variety and ability to select creative projects energizes her—and every work day feels like play because she is doing what she loves.
