Introduce a person that already has their own project. Up to 2.5% of the total orders brought by the consultant for all continuing projects that he/she brings to Amaxra comes to you. (no cap*)
Introduce a resource for Amaxra to place on a project. $500 after he/she has worked 200 hours for Amaxra, on one or multiple projects.
* Should re-engagement occur after 12 months of no activity, opportunity no longer considered a referred opportunity unless referee is still involved in the re-engagement.
* The total fee is based upon the total Amaxra percentage. 5% is based upon Amaxra margin of 30% and 2.5% is based upon Amaxra margin of 15%; if percentage is lower the referral percentage is pro-rata.
The company is a not already an Amaxra client. Up to 5% of the total orders from that company (no cap) if Amaxra is able to staff the opportunity or provide a solution.
The company is an Amaxra client, but this is a new opportunity within the company for a specific customer contact.
Up to 5% of Amaxra's total orders for that Customer Contact and any follow-on projects with that Customer Contact (no cap)
