Redmond WA. At Amaxra, we realize that a supportive workplace results in a better experience for our employees and customers alike. Creating an environment where people can easily integrate the obligations of their home lives with their careers can be particularly challenging. So we’re honored to announce our recent ranking (http://fortune.com/best-workplaces-flexibility/) among the country’s 50 Best Workplaces for Flexibility.

To create this list, Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work analyzed more than 500 companies of different sizes across a range of industries. Amaxra came in 45th out of 50 on the list, thanks to our combination of flexible workplace policies and a culture that encourages people to make the most of them.

Rosalyn Arntzen, CEO explains that “At Amaxra we value our people and the potential they bring to delight , excite and bring value to our customers. We are strong supporters to help our employees reach their full potential in an open, collaborative and flexible work environment. ” Our management practices and cloud based technologies, allow our employees to work anywhere, anytime – whether its in the office or remotely. Its embedded in our DNA.

Malise Smith, Director Talent & Resources at Amaxra, simply sees this as part of Amaxra’s continuing people first focus. ” In 2015 we were awarded #11 out of 100 Great Places to Work for Women and we are honored to continue to demonstrate a desirable workplace where employees can flourish, with this wonderful recognition in 2016″

Amaxra was selected based on responses to the Trust Index, Great Place to Work’s employee assessment survey, as well as an analysis of respondents’ anonymous comments. Survey questions assessed co-workers’ feelings on work-life balance, in addition to factors like communication, fairness and leadership that affect employees’ ability to accommodate their personal lives without compromising their careers.

“Creating career flexibility isn’t as simple as giving people time off or the chance to adjust their schedules to meet demands at home,” said Kim Peters, Executive Vice President of Great Place to Work®.
