Rosalyn Arntzen

Rosalyn is the founder and President of AMAXRA. Her professional career includes 13 years at Microsoft (in the UK, Australia and the United States), three years at Unisys Corporation, and three years at several large international banks. Rosalyn gains immense satisfaction from consistently delivering results above and beyond customer expectations. Rosalyn is highly regarded in the Technology industry, earning the coveted Silver Award for Achieving Impact in CLO Magazine 2006, and was recently nominated for the Entrepreneurial Winning Women 2009 Program. In addition, AMAXRA was nominated for the M3Race Count Me In Leaderboard, placing in the top five.

Rosalyn has extensive experience in corporate communications, both as an Executive Speechwriter as well as a presenter to all sized audiences (from small to very large @ 18,000+). While at Microsoft Corporation, she spent several years as a Group Manager in the Readiness division where her team was responsible for designing and delivering company-wide training solutions around key topics such as competitor analysis, using everyday tools - such as Microsoft Office - to work more productively, business solutions, and corporate initiatives.

As a Group Manager at Microsoft, Rosalyn dealt with many vendor companies and realized there was a growing need for experienced consultants who could help busy professionals successfully execute on their extensive project management and communications responsibilities.
